Early in the show, when Wilson is making up the story about House's old flame, did y'all catch the name he used?
I stopped the tape and checked to be certain. Irene Adler is the only woman for Sherlock Holmes, even though his feeling for her is hardly what you would call love.
This show is Holmesian, not a medical show, so it fits.
