Allegheny County wasn't much better! 5th Avenue through Oakland was a frickin' skating rink about 4 this afternoon! Yeah, it's reasonably flat -- but that's a main road and should have gotten some attention.
Plus, as I was waiting for the light to change to turn from Bellefield onto 5th -- along came a funeral procession! Can you see trying to drive in procession down the unsalted, icy roads? Not to mention most of the cemeteries 'round here are on top of hills -- getting back down must've been real fun!
