I just posted a reply in another thread, then edited it to correct a spelling error. And I got this response: "You cannot make another post so soon after your last; please try again in a short while."

That happened to me on Tuesday - I wouldn't call it a booching because it is only temporary (a minute or two at most, I'm guessing).

I got that message several times while I was looking up message lists by author on the other two php Boreds, except of course, it said you can not do another search in such short time....

That happened to me yesterday. I just waited a few more second to fix my spelling error.

There is a 15 second flood control on the bored to discourage spamming programs. Humans normally need at least that long between 2 posts. 8)
