Of the 15 unshown finished portraits, 12 of them are on the Top 100 list. So I've done even better than the listing shows.... almost knocking out 2/3 of the Top 100!

I'll be finding excuses to post them in the next month or so....

I think now you have to save tribe's for last because he posted this list...

There is no "last"--you keep making more! :P But there are several unrevealed, so it's good to let people know to keep watching out for the Evil Squirrel. He could sell ads: Watch This Space!
I meant of the 17 I haven't posted yet I was gonna save it for last. I'm gonna put them all up by the end of the year by hook or crook.....

I'm impressed though that I've knocked out over half of the Top 100 so far! If I weren't in chat for 5 hours last night on little sleep, I might've been able to figure out what tribe's list was about....

lb13
Although I know people probably get impatient to see if they have one (but they can just keep making broadly subtle hints, ha!), but I like them to be doled out sparingly. That way they're a treat when one comes up, rather than something routine.

Yeah, I know, easy for me to say, I have one...... (or five, ha!).
We, the HK Brigade, do hereby salute you, Marley, for your steadfast devotion to ontopicosity. Well done, sir!

Well, once the vault's empty they'll have no choice but to wait a few days for me to draw each new one.

I'd love to make it to 100 by the end of the year, but I don't think it's gonna happen....

And that is EXACTLY why ES's pace has slowed from 12-15 a month to about 7 or 8 a month.....

And Rexer doesn't go to chat so I can't even blame him......

I have a half finished one now I should be working on or I'll never get it done before my afternoon nap.....

Oh, I figured I've earned that by now - I had to wait to hit the top 10 of folks that haven't been graced by a public ES portrait before I posted the list.

The title came from this oversight and a thread a couple of weeks back, where I posted the lyrics to the song. I can't remember what it was about, but I started the thread and it became a home for posts by PSM and Kay, at some point Kay thanked PSM for starting the thread so she could add some gratuitous posts.

There was another reference to Mr. Cellophane yesterday - I have a quiet b-i-l that we refer to as Mr. Cellophane at family gatherings - he rarely makes his presence known.

I have never heard of the song, but you know what's ironic......

You may have finally triggered ES's muse.....

OK- how is "Mr. Cellophane" supposed to be a clue that these posters don't have an ES portrait yet?

My favourite Chicago song.

The guy who sings it is lamenting that nobody ever sees him. For as much as anybody else is concerned, he might as well be invisible.

I just realized the irony of there being no Mini on Tribe's "Mini Ranking".

That's nice.

It still doesn't explain how this was a clue.

Even after reading the thread where tribe posted the lyrics, I don't understand.

Tribe was poking fun at the fact that it seemed ES was ignoring him....

It was the reason I wanted to wait until all the pictures were done before revealing them, but I just couldn't hold them back any longer....

There are people on the top posters list who have not been immortalized by ES (as far as he knew!) while some newcomers are sporting spiffy new avatars. It made him feel invisible.

The ES episode alone would not have been enough - it was the added episode last week - which on review I recalled incorrectly - it was PSM thanking Kay for starting a thread that I started. There was also a mention of Mr. Cellophane by gsabc in the rankings thread yesterday.

I would never have gotten it since my immortalization was posted a long time time ago.

I'm sticking with the "cutest" theory.
