The lawsuit by the Naked Cowboy against candymaker Mars has been settled. Terms are undisclosed, the filing of a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice a sorry fig leaf over this tawdry affair.

He was out in Times Square last Thursday. They were asking for a $2 "tip" to pose with him for a photo.

I can't imagine him being out there much longer, at least until April. The time I spent living in New York City was the longest, coldest winter I have ever had to endure. I was there chaperoning a trip for my daughter and the children's theater she performs with. We were there to see The Little Mermaid, and the Cowboy dude was on the way to the theatre.
