My grandson Jamal is a bit fussy
He's cried about 6 times in 2 1/2 hours, but only one diaper change and one bottle. The rest of the times were just for comforting.
BWAHAHAHA!!! I can't wait unti Erin has to do the Baby Think it Over project! It'll be payback time for sure.....

You got off lucky. Scotty was a full fledged brat! Although I might have not helped matters by mockingly singing Watching Scotty Grow to him everytime he mouthed off.minimetoo26 wrote:He's cried about 6 times in 2 1/2 hours, but only one diaper change and one bottle. It was pretty true to life, though. My nephew acted like he wasn't even there while my sister stayed up all night with him. And, also as in life, he got the grade, not her.
We, the HK Brigade, do hereby salute you, Marley, for your steadfast devotion to ontopicosity. Well done, sir!

Jamal's crying again. He's eaten 5 more times since the last update. One crying episode has been logged in by my son with "possessed" as the reason.
Yup, that's my kid...

These new ones are pretty sophisticated. More than the old turn-the-key ones.
His teacher offered to set the computer for only 11 hours since his average is 100, but Stephen said he'd take the full day. I think he set it to be really needy all day, then sleep at night to give him a break. Erin is very jealous of the baby and wandered around all day pretending one of her dolls was her baby, too....

Grandson???
This subject line is rather shocking, until one reads between the lines to figure out the context.

I was holding him, and Rain Man said; "You're treating it like it's a real baby!" And I told him that was the whole point.

So I think I've caught up on all the threads now. Did you actually hide some context about this somewhere I overlooked, like a football thread or something?minimetoo26 wrote:MarleysGh0st wrote:Grandson???![]()

Re: My grandson Jamal is a bit fussy
What class is this for?
Maddie took Health over last summer because her schedule was so impacted. The course was somewhat abbreviated so she never got the sex talk or the condom over the banana talk. [It's a good thing we have rabbits.]
Yesterday we were at Hemopet and there is a bonded pair of greyhounds. He is a weak male and she is a strong female and the minute they get outside, she tries to hump him and he seems to enjoy it. When they went out into the kennels, she did her usual thing and was really going at it. The workers were standing around laughing about it. They didn't realize that Maddie and I were in a nearby kennel with a group of dogs. I said to them, very seriously, "You know, I haven't had the sex talk with my daughter yet, so now I am going to have to answer a lot of questions." They were shocked for a minute and were trying to think of what to say, when Maddie and I started laughing.

Stephen survived with a better understanding of why I want to get away soon! Jamal went back to school in a new sleeper I bought for him when I was shopping last night--couldn't resist soft fuzzy jammies and I'd already passed down all the baby stuff. Jamal had arrived in an oversized onesie and bare-legged, and that Just Wouldn't Do.MarleysGh0st wrote:So, did Jamal survive the weekend?

The class was Health 9. Some kids took it over the summer, but we just take the kids all over the place so Stephen is taking it now. He loves the teacher, who is a guy my sister had a thing for in high school. He's a hoot. He cracks about "Wal Mart on a Sturday" all the time, so I gave Stephen one of the bingo cards for him. I'll have to print the others...

The kids taking Health around here don't get fake babies. I wish they did!minimetoo26 wrote:Stephen survived with a better understanding of why I want to get away soon!
