Someone else is out there this morning. They showed up when I got up at 7:30.

It is about 20 degrees colder today than yesterday, so I hope he dressed for the occasion....

He can either sit in his little $10 folding armchair and freeze to death, or keep warm in his little black car (At least the guy yesterday had a pickup truck. I thought it was some kind of union regulation to own a pickup truck)....

I'm glad to see someone has finally gotten some sense again when it comes to appropriate avatars.... :P

It was the Disobedient Camera. Maybe I should start looking for a 10 megapixel one for Steve--THAT should shake up a couple of sluggish circuits! It's still hooked up and sitting right here....

The coffee maker is kept in line by the new coffee maker with a built-in grinder just WAITING for the old one to break down, or rebel against me in some way. Some things are sacred, you know! :P

We keep them separated. My kitchen cabinets have started overflowing with punch bowls and salad spinners and THREE crockpots (and sometimes I use all three at once, so they aren't extraneous) so the new coffee maker has been relegated to the garage. He can't plot from there, unless he's waiting for me to bring in the Buffet Server thingy, because that gets put on the same counter as the coffee maker. Maybe I'll leave the Buffet Server in the beach house all winter like I did last year. Don't want to take chances....

Ahem.
There are 2 layers of text. The first batch is way too small to read without actually walking right up to the sign, but I guess describes why they're there in the first place. The second layer is larger and simply states that they have no problem with any other employer at that site.

I'm guessing the bunch they are angry with is called "United", which is the written in word at the top. Whatver United is must be doing some job at the chemical plant, and they must be using the gate in front of my house as an entrance since it was opened up when I got home from work the first 3 days this week (And as I said, it is a gate that is typically bolted shut, as the main plant entrance is down at the end of the block).....

I'm having guests for dinner tomorrow night. A small group...
probably only 4-5. This is a couple from Georgia that comes to the home
football games. I've only met them once, but they seemed very nice.

Menu:

Leg of lamb
Curried rice (yum casserole from MIL(may she rest in peace) recipe box
Asparagus baked with olive oil, bacon and Parmesan cheese
Salad
Rolls

Haven't settled on a dessert yet.

However, he doesn't like me to start new ones, so I'm basically just
