Between 5:00 and 8"00 PM on Election Day - go to Ben and Jerry's. Tell them you voted and you get free ice cream!

I also saw that Krispy Kreme donuts will give you a free star shaped donut with red, white & blue sprinkles on election day as well as ChicK-fil-a giving a free chicken sandwich if you show them your "I voted" sticker.
