#1 Post by BigDrawMan » Sun Nov 02, 2008 10:41 am

To cheer on those waiting in line to vote to keep waiting in line to vote.Applicant must be perky.Previous cheerleading experience a plus.

your sarcasm and cynicism do not detract from the importance of the position.

I bet you boo the home team when they are down

I'm sure large boobies are a plus, too.

Another plus I don't have.

I found a perky cheerleader type for you. This girl would keep the voters in line!

Besides which, I am annoyed by someone thinking that cheerleaders are needed. That is not the job that needs to be filled.

What would/could make a difference is a group of people who will talk to people and keep them in touch with the reason they came out to vote and have them have that reason be paramount to any reason they might have to leave the line.

That ain't a cheerleader.

This is on target. Anybody who is too busy to vote or too important to wait in line deserves the government he gets.

Hows about we send some anti-cheerleaders out there to tell those stupid fools what they could all be doing besides standing in line waiting to vote on some unnamed elector who will be electing one of the two morons we have running this year? I'll bring a keg and a few of the girls from the club and we'll have an apathy party right there across the street from the polling place.

I wonder if I can find someone who'd bother to show up and organize it.....
Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn!
