Speaking of turning clocks back...

We've got to do it here, through our User Control Panel, too!

It looks as if one of the administrators changed the setting for "Summer/DST in effect" to "No," but that changed my offset from Pacific (-8) to Mountain Time (-7). I assume everyone else's went East by an hour, too. If so, you should correct your offset, as the Summer/DST setting will already be correct.

Pea, just hang on until December 21st when the days begin to shorten. Then it's all downhill til spring!
Well, then

I believe the sunsets actually start getting later in early December... so if it's early darkness you dread, your wait isn't as long as you think....

The sunrises will continue to get later though until early January.

It's a weird lag thing I was unaware of until just a few years ago and verified through experience last year.....

I usually wake up to darkness. I actually like being awake as the sun rises. I do not enjoy the early sunsets.

I think it should get light around 6:15 and get dark around 9 pm. I think I need to move to the equator or something. It can never be bright enough or hot enough for me!

Maybe your friend Miss Informed can help you find an igloo for sale up there..... :P

I fried up some hamburger this morning to go with my hernia jug of Pepsi, and now I am devouring several boxes of Nerds. Want some? :P

Enough to know fried hamburgers and Pepsi are not appropriate
for your first meal of the day.

I'll take the hamburger! My purse is full of Snickers, Baby Ruth, and Peanut M&M's I bought off of Demon Child. I think Erin ate the Nerds, but I'm not into non-chocolate sweets.........

A hamburger patty is part of the Hawaiian Loco Moco breakfast I ate in Waikiki! Rice with brown gravy, a hamburger, and a fried egg over easy. I recreate it sometimes when I have leftover rice and gravy from Egg Foo Young...
