Wonderful evening

Group from work went out tonight and took a two hour "Ghost Tour" on a charter bus. 6 staffers and 2 'others', one husband and one Big J. About 30 people all told on the bus.

We left around 6:30 and drove to some of the most Haunted locations in town, Apparantly, Victoria is one of the most haunted locations in the Western Hemisphere, only Geneva has more

The crowning moment of the tour was passing an old house, previously owned by a well known Wiccan, who bought the house 40 years ago.....

My old childhood house is haunted. Dang, wish I knew that before. I thought is was just me and my brother being little sheets LOLOLOL.

Big J was wonderful, polite and respectful and showed great interest in the stories.

This was a great old Tudor style house. Had the most marvelous attic to play in, and a creepy basement. It was huge. 4 bedrooms upstairs, 3 bathrooms and a den. Main floor had the living room, dining room, huge kitchen, sunroom, butlers pantry and very large foyer, and another bathroom.

Basement was very low, with enough room for a train table, there was a type of cold storage room, and a dry storage room.

Didn't notice any creepiness when we lived there, but who knows. I do remember some areas of the house were really cold, even with sunlight pouring in the room.

About 29 years ago, for an afternoon.

If its anywhere near as beautiful as it was, it's one of the most charming places on the continent of North America.

That would be so cool, I love houses like that! Do you have any pictures of it?

We have a few haunted places around here, they had a team from one of those "Haunted" shows here last year or year before going around to Miramont Castle, the Cliff House and a few other places, but I never heard of them airing any of it.

Last weekend was the annual Emma Crawford Coffin Races.

When we were kids we used to read stories about girl detectives and the wonderful clues they would find in the attic. It was sorely disappointing to find out we were the original owners of the house in a new subdivision and the attic only held our old crap until my parents could smuggle it to the curb behind our backs.

We're the second owner of this house, but I kept seeing something low to the ground moving up the back stairs. My m-i-l put up a St. Benedict's medal and sprinkled holy water. My kids called it The Ghost Dog since we knew no murders or deaths had occurred here. It hasn't been seen since we replaced the carpeting with wood on the stairs.

All we found in the attic when we moved in was flattened U-Haul boxes. If we ever move, the next owners will probably find SQUIRREL POOP!!!!!!!
