The most important day of the year is here!

#1 Post by Carmelo Anthony » Wed Oct 29, 2008 1:11 pm

The 2008-09 season debut of the Denver Nuggets!

Tonight, we play the Utah Jazz.

Vote Carmelo in 2009! :D

You almost make me kinda sorta want to think about being your running mate, maybe.

I'm Bucket of Warm Piss, and WGAS whether I approved this message or not.

Dish Network is giving a free preview of NBA League Pass throughout the debut week of the season, so at least I get to watch a couple of games that I would not normally get to watch unless they air on TNT, ESPN, or ABC. Of course, just my luck, Melo is suspended for the first two games. <grumble>®

I have SIRIUS radio, so I can at least listen to all the games that I can't watch. But it's just not as exciting as watching.

Apparently, this year ALL the Nuggets games will be in HD on Altitude! (Last year it was just the home games.)

Hey! Can't you tell the World Series is still going on? The third rate sports have to wait for the National Pasttime to finish before they may begin....... :P

I had no idea. Who's playing? Don't answer, I don't care. Ha!

Luckily, the first rate sports didn't have to wait for the second rate sports to finish.

This hadn't been posted yet when I made my Altitude one. Didn't mean to rub it in that, I not only get every Nuggets game, this year it looks like they might all be in HD!!!!11 Even though it might look like that.

My earlier comment about you not playing was re: the suspension. That was from back in May when Carmelo didn't want to call and wake up Lala, so he decided to drive his drunk ass home himself.

Did I mention that I think I get all the Nuggets games in HD this year???

I'll give you that one. At least Selig doesn't have a draconian racist dress code implemented in his league.

You'll get no argument from me. Kenesaw Mountain Landis could kick David Stern's ass.

Couldn't he have called fellow Merry Man Ted Kennedy? :P

And that's in Kenesaw Mountain Landis' current condition, by the way. :P

HEY! I heard that!

Both of you, in the penalty box. And don't come out until I tell you to.

Now where did I put that bottle of Bacardi...?
