Coolness
I got a letter in the mail staying that Maddie has been accepted into the Collegiate Scholars Program "the most prestigous honor awarded by the school district." She didn't apply for it, but has a 4.0 with a heavy load of honors classes, activities and volunteering. Only 36 students in each class are picked for the program.
Anyway, here's the best perk of the program. Graduates of the program get their names called first at graduation. It sucks to be an "Su" at graduations when you have to wait for 400+ names to be called. So, she will still be at the end of the alphabet for the program, but it will only be out of 36 people.

Congratulations, Maddie!
So does this program offer even more prestigious honors classes than are offered to the rest of the student body?

As far as I can tell, it's a resume stuffer.MarleysGh0st wrote:Congratulations, Maddie!![]()

She has to take a certain number of honors classes and maintain a 3.5 GPA, but she would do that anyway.
If she fufills the requirements she gets to march first at graduation, she receives a medal and hood upon graduation, a fancy seal on her diploma and the right to say that she was a "Collegiate Scholar."

Medals are the best! I think I like them even more than trophies. Congratulations to Maddie.

Confessor made me actually laugh out loud. We, the HK Brigade, do hereby salute you, Marley, for your steadfast devotion to ontopicosity. Well done, sir!
