1. The average foreigner is the perfect example of a "low information voter." All they know about Obama is that he's not Bush, he projects himself well in public, and he talks about hope, change, and rebuilding relationships between their country and the US. What's not to like? Little details like Obama's domestic politics, complete lack of experience and shady background don't enter into that line of thinking.

2. If Obama is elected, which does seem likely the way the trends have been going this week, every foreign leader from Putin to the Iranians is going to praise him and pledge to work closely with him to peacefully pursue our mutual interests and express tremendous confidence and optimism that we will be entering a new era of better relations between the US and their country, which leads to

3. Joe Biden is right, although most people choose to ignore it. They will test Obama quick and hard, all the while maintaining their sunny public posture.
