Lizbit ate the left one. She let me keep the right one for my ownself.

She is thoughtful that way.

Sometimes they don't have anything that catches your eye. Other times, the clearance racks are rife with goodies. And the aisles are deadly.

I got the BEST boots on sale at DSW. Giganto sale.

Knee high tan suede boots with terrific heels.

And not Stiff Suede, either. The nice supple soft and collapsing suede.

No sale purchase will ever beat that one!

It was a navy blue suede flat, that came up high on the vamp, which had a sort of elastic-y connection with the heel. She ate all of the elastic, and deposited enough drool on the entire back half to turn the suede into concrete.

Why, yes! That's exactly the kind of suede that makes the very best concrete.

Closed shoe, very little heel, easy to get off if you spill something on/in them

Don't worry unless they ask you to try on those shoes. In that case, I would advise you to tell your friends that your mother has forbidden you to try on other people's shoes, even those of best friends, because of the distant possibility of catching toe crabs. (Those are related to head lice, the obvious reason for which your mother would never let you borrow someone else's hair brush.)
