Um...I HAVE to whine.
Tan showed that's how you win BBBL Championships.
I'm just getting in more offseason practice time!
I think that only works for him.
I've been whining for years, and my team just keeps getting worse.....

I love me Roy Halladay.
And Jack McKeon is my favoritest manager this decade. The way he managed the Marlins' pitching staff in the 2003 post-season made me think it was the 1930s all over again!
What about Ozzie Guillen in 2005?

Make it "Royal Pain" so I can get a HK tiara to go with it....

Here's your tiara. You can stick it where the sun don't shine.......

At this point, it might be easier to just label everyone else as "Normal Person" so you don't have to keep adding "Merry Man" to all our personae...

I didn't really follow the '05 World Series.
White Sox/Astros had absolutely ZERO allure for me.

I find it amazing how LB could be distracted in a Basball thread.

Who on the Bored would you describe as a "Normal Person"?

I was referring to the postseason as a whole. In the ALCS that year, Guillen made one pitching change in the entire 5 game series. Do you think we'll ever see anything like that again......?

Oh yeah- that's right.
That was also the series where Pierzynski got involved in two controversies, right? The dropped third strike and the claim that he interfered with a batter's swing?

That's the one. The dropped third strike play (Which involved Angels catcher Josh Paul and umpire Doug Eddings) is the most memorable moment from that series....

Hell, no!
If you Merry Men insist on outnumbering all the rest of us on the Bored, beast is just going to have to work for it!
