Not fingerpainting. Still working on BD's old room, ironically trying to get it ready for her visit after Christmas. Today's painting was priming the doorway, and also the metal parts of a radiator and the window in the bathroom. Our woodwork is looking its age, and GW has decided that it all will be Atrium White. As always when I paint, my fingers end up painted as well. I don't bother with wiping up drips or cleaning off holidays with a paper towel or rag, you see.
Meanwhile, GW is making her god-daughter's Halloween costume. That's her task for the next few weeks.

Re: Painting fingers
That's why I hate to paint. More of it seems to end up on me than on the wall.
I found the perfect painting tool for me -- a Q-tip. All I had to cover was about three inches right next to the window.
