I may do a "print screen" and have this framed. It's likely to be unique. :D
I just ordered chicken and an egg from Amazon. I'll let you know.

Suitguy is not bitter.

feels he represents the many educated and rational onlookers who believe that the hysterical denouncement of lay scepticism is both unwarranted and counter-productive

The problem, then, is that such calls do not address an opposition audience so much as they signal virtue. They talk past those who need convincing. They ignore actual facts and counterargument. And they are irreparably smug.

Nice guys finish last, right?

So today I didn't know which Stephen King book wasn't set in Maine. I don't read much Stephen King. Pet Sematary & It scared me enough to stop.

I now know the answer. Pet Sematary, It, or Shawshank weren't among the choices

I definitely have to dig myself out of a big hole. I missed the first two of the month. I've gotten the rest right so far but it'll take a miracle for me to get as high as I did last month.

Holy Moley! Early on Sunday I was #1 overall. I missed the Q this morning and I'm down to 97th this evening.

I've missed one question this month and now I am in 188th place. Must be this wireless connection. Yeah, that's it...

I have sucked mightily at TQOD since June, but I just got another Where the Heck Am I. Whoohoo for more word puzzles for the next month!

Well, I missed my very first q and then was timed out of my next one. I was mired in four figures. I'm still digging my way out.

I've worked my way up to 3 for 7, but every one of them has been a low scorer due to the fact that they were largely good guesses I decided on at the last minute....

An easy Vocab question and I'm back up to 18th at the moment. Probably won't last long but I've got a new streak going.

I am 7 fir 7 but I am slow this month. Our new AT&T service is being installed today. Hopefully it will help with Sploofus.

Let me know, cause I have AT&T and it hasn't helped my speed any.

You don't think it has anything to do with my brain, do you??

Yeah - that's my problem - I don't have AT&T.

Darn Optimum Online.
