And I think I saw a first. At least was the first time I ever saw this:
Meredith conversed with the PAF during the PAF call! Has that ever happened before??
Great job, by the way! You were a lot of fun to watch and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for tomorrow!

There were two more important things, as well.
My baby sister got a shout-out, and so did my new music guy, who is portrayed in Mr. Uly's avatar.
I liked Mr. Jay a lot. I bet he smells right.

P.S. My mom said I should come back and edit this to let Mr. Jay know -- in case he doesn't have a dog -- that when I said he probably "smells right," coming from me, that's a compliment.

I loved her! She had to give frogman not just confidence (along with the right answer) but was also fun while doing it!

I don't get to watch. Both the ABC and Fox affiliates used to carry it in our area.
Now, neither.
Looking forward to the transcripts!

I can't wait til tomorrow to see the next question "Canadian Cuisine." Huh? I didn't know we had such a thing but I seem to remember frogman emailing me about some culinary thing. I'll keep it to myself til tomorrow.

I bet it involves cheese curds and gravy, with or without fungi.

That's the first time I can recall that she's talked with one after they gave an answer. She had a long chat with my PAF, 15QA, before I read the question.

I heard part of the show on my car radio. I noticed that Meredith tried to make a comment after reading the 4 answers to one of the first 5 questions! Jay had the good sense to interrupt her. He apologized for it afterward, like the Texas gentleman he is. But if he hadn't, his 15 seconds might have run out before he could open his mouth!

I intuit what the question is.

I thought Meredith apologized? She certainly should have, not Jay, since there's no time for
any commentary with the clock running, especially in the first tier. Meredith, as one of TPTB, should know that!
