I also have to make truffles for work tomorrow so I'm mixing those up but they won't be ready til tomorrow, so I'll have to just live with brownies!!!
And don't worry, I'll share!

Don't forget to use a plastic fork.

Sad to say I had the exact same idea.

I also wanted to make a comment about what the brownies looked like, but I didn't want anybody to start equating brownies to turds.
This will teach me to sleep during the day....

How are the edges?

Did you know the best way to cut brownies neatly is with a cheap plastic fork?
Fork? That seems strange. I have had good luck with cheap plastic knives but a fork? Do you use the edge, the tines, or the handle?
I'm half crazy. Thanks for the correction. I do believe a knife would work better.
Now that's just disappointing. I was looking forward to solving the riddle of how to use a fork to cut brownies.
No matter where you go, there you are.

I just cut around the edges (so I have long thin pieces) before I cut the pan into squares. That way, I get all of the edges and no one else has a chance.
If they want the edges, let them bake the brownies - although I prefer blondies.

Thanks for missing me!
I am doing well. I had about a month of having the alligators nipping at my ass - they had no invitation to bite me, so it was particularly annoying. Things are down to a slow roar now - back to normal. I should be able to be around now.

We didn't wait the 2 hours (!) to let them cool. They're delicious.

I don't have to be in Minnesota to like them.
