Maybe I missed it, Bob

Where's the post about Obama's campaign outright lying in an ad to Hispanic voters?

http://voices.washingtonpost.com/the-tr ... _span.html

I thought you were dedicated to supplying us with the news. If this kind of ad came from McCain's camp, you would be all over it. IMO you are an example of the mainstream news media in miniature. You report only the news you feel is important from you own point of view.

No, I don't think so. I have not made numerous posts per day in the past few months in an apparent effort to keep the bored up to date with the pronouncements of the democrat party (or any other party for that matter).

I've been busy today. I haven't seen the ad. After all of McCain's lying ads, I can't feel sorry for him if in fact the ad does have lies.

Exactly! Two wrongs always make a right.

Since the story is in the infamously liberal Washington Post, it must not be true.

I did find this while looking for the ad:
http://www.boston.com/news/politics/pol ... links.html

The only other links to the story are in The Huffington Post and CNN.com. Those must be wrong too.

I still can't find the actual ad.

Thank you! Just because some Republican operative invented and comedian Rush Limbaugh continually uses the pejorative "Democrat Party" doesn't give you or anybody else the right to change the name of the party. You probably wouldn't appreciate it if I changed the name of your party to the "Fascist Party", would you?

From the distance at which I stand, John McCain's VP dithering and subsequent choice constitute the equivalent of unconditional surrender to the dittohead wing of his party; he is beholden to them, and not they to him, and should the ticket be victorious, Palin and those who listen to Limbaugh and their allies have every right to say that the victory is theirs, and not McCain's .

And thus, whatever comes from Rush may be viewed as a POV which the Republican party will have to hold, whether McCain likes or not.

And thus worthy of discussion.

The party made up of Republicans is the Republican Party.
The party made up of Libertarians is the Libertarian Party.
The party made up of Socialists is the Socialist Party.
The party made up of Communists is the Communist Party.

The party made up of Democrats is the Democratic Party.

Seems like you guys are the ones who got it wrong.

We'll be right to say it, but that doesn't mean McCain will acknowledge it. Especially if the rumors are right that he has no intention of seeking a second term.

Do you consider Rush calling it the Democrat Party to be a worse offense than...say...somebody calling somebody a racist for...well...no reason whatsoever?

Just curious...

McCain won't give a crap, and Palin will have zero say in his administration.

And today's "conservatives" won't care because they're so scared of the EEEEEVIL leftist libruhls.

After all, Bush played "conservatives" for fools for eight years...what's four more?
