I missed this when it was posted, but allow me to add my hearty congratulations and best wishes.

I'm especially happy that you're happy again. You do melancholy well, but I much prefer giddy.

Gratz, Fitzwilliam!

I'm delighted for you both.

No, sir, it's not, Lieutenant. That'd involve being able to interact with people and all those other obscure social skills...

Oh this is indeed wonderful news, but not surprising, as obviously your Miss Bennett is a lady of taste and intellect, otherwise she would not have attracted you in the first place. This Taste and Intellect have ensured that she knows how wonderful you are as well.

Congrats and all the best from the Great White North.

My dear Mr. Darcy:

Stars dance; the moon smiles; and I too share in the joy for you and Miss Bennett. Congratulations, sir, for everything you've made it through to get to where you are. May such happiness hover around you both for the rest of your lives.

You know, all this sappy romantic stuff isn't my cup of Darjeeling, but I have to say any chick with a crumplebrained mom and an office full of ladies who would wager on the date of an engagement gets a big thumbs up from me!

Congratulations on your excellent taste in women and her willingness to settle for you... :P
