You are awesome, PSM!!!

Always within three feet of me (when I'm posting from home) is the SAME Wilson football John Elway threw to win SuperBowl XXXIII.

OK, it's not the SAME football used in the game. Mine has never been out of the display box. Here's what the box says: The Wilson Authentic Game Equipment symbol is your guarantee that this product is identical to the equipment used at the highst levels of competive play by the world's most demanding amateur and professional athletes.

Stamped on the football itself, it says:
Wilson
National Football League
Atlanta Falcons vs Denver Broncos
Miami, Florida * January 31, 1999

I won it on Sports Trivia 2Nite.

Thanks, Cindy. :)

I sorta got an early birthday present when we stomped the Raiders flat.

This doesn't stop me from wanting a SECOND present, a nice, injury-free victory over the Chargers.

I'm going to share this little tidbit with my husband to make him insanely jealous. The man loves the Broncos and Elway. He has his football he bought off of QVC (?) after one of their Superbowl wins that he holds during all the games. (not just Broncos!!) It reminds me of Linus and his blanket. LOL

A little out of date, but.....

Many of these (squirrel) migrations were probably caused by food shortages as well as habitat overcrowding. We solved that for them. We not only reduced their habitat, we reduced the whole species by about 90%. The least we can do now is share a little birdseed with them.

Suitguy is not bitter.

feels he represents the many educated and rational onlookers who believe that the hysterical denouncement of lay scepticism is both unwarranted and counter-productive

The problem, then, is that such calls do not address an opposition audience so much as they signal virtue. They talk past those who need convincing. They ignore actual facts and counterargument. And they are irreparably smug.

FYI, I am planning on having your BD announced on the scoreboard at tonight's 43-man Squamish game.

Hope it's a good one! (Your BD, that is...we both know there is no such thing as a bad game of 43-man Squamish...)
