McCain on "The View" now

This might be interesting.

John McCain just said he's personally "pro-life" but respects the views of those who aren't. Whoopi said, "So you're pro-choice?" but he was interrupted before he could answer.

Just finished watching. It was simply amazing to see him make those four women look like utter fools.

It was a predictable interview. The best part was when they showed the new footage of McCain returning home from Vietnam and they asked him for his reaction. He is truly a humble man.

When they introduced Cindy he lit up. Cindy also can hold her own. She pretty much told Barbara Wawa to shove it but in the most gentle way. I loved it.

Which four? I am guessing that Elisabeth Hasselbeck was on McCain's side.

Remember it's an entertainment show, not a news show.

I only saw the very end.

Barbara asked him how many houses he has.

Cindy answered for him.

She said the campaign is not about that and then other stuff about her parents working hard to provide them with stuff and they can therefore provide others with stuff.

She did not answer the question.

I also thought she pulled a Dick Cheney on that question.

Why, they do it all by themselves each and every show.

Just for the record, you couldn't pay me enough, get me drunk enough or point a gun to my head big enough to watch a minute of The View.
I am about 25% sure of this.

So, I watch The View every day and tape it if I'm out. I'm not an idiot but I enjoy a good discussion. It sure beats TPIR idiots jumping up and down.

Joy called him out on Roe vs. Wade and he skirted the issue totally by bringing up the constitution and how all Supreme Court justices have to go by it when deciding anything. Many in the audience groaned at that.

I've tried to stay out of the political debates here (it's not my country) but I hate to see a show I love getting trashed.

In Canada, our election campaign has pooping puffin ads as fodder for all kinds of outrage and debate. We may have actually beat you on this one.
