Erin digs HK so much my dad shelled out 80 bucks for a giant stuffed one. So she was in here while I was searching for an avatar picture, and now she wants the Hello Kitty laptop she saw.

Why not? She's already 3 years old...

Not. Gonna. Happen.

I was talking on the phone and posting at the same time.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it!

Stephen's school requires collared shirts, so when he is out of school, it's T-Shirt City. The birthday party we had here on Sunday was a group from that school, and all the boys showed up in t-shirts as well. But it was a pool party, so even those went by the wayside soon afterwards...

I've mentioned before that I never wear T shirts because I'm constantly pulling them off my neck. I prefer the open-neck feel on those cheap $6 generic polos at the Wal. It is my entire wardrobe for shirts....

Sometimes Macys has a sale on their Greendog polos, and I scoop them up for about 6 or 7 bucks as well. He has no choice, but I'm not going to blow a big wad of cash on them. He prefers the el cheapo Faded Glory ones because they are the soft jersey material, but they just don't wash well--they tend to fade (duh! As advertised, I guess) and pill easily...

I almost forgot the most important thing.

When Payton was leaving the party and got in her car to go home, she found a dozen red roses and note from a young man that said "girl friend? and homecoming?". She ran back in the house to tell us!

We knew about the roses, but not about the note. :) He's a real nice kid, quarterback on the football team, and at the moment has the highest average of the junior class.
