On such a milestone anniversary the Commander in Chief/Head of State should have addressed the crowds (and nation via the speech being televised). Biden was trying to promote a message of national unity by appearing with his predecessors and others from both parties at the various sites. He delivered his comments the day before quite movingly. Dude, he's only 9 months in. If he didn't want to be president for the full 48 he shouldn't have run. I could see "grooming" beginning of the 4th year, but he's still in his first year.
That is true. But it is not the worst thing I can call him inept about.
