Finding an IT message at work hysterical

#1 Post by christie1111 » Thu Sep 05, 2019 8:56 am

Given we are a global company and the person who wrote the email may not have realized what he implied.

They are setting up more of a self service hub for IT issues.

But they encouraged us to 'service ourselves'. :-)

Does that mean that IT just told us to go screw ourselves?

LOL!

Well, you could reply that you'd prefer they'd service you.

What if you can't connect to the self-service hub?
