Plaxico's Not in Good Hands Anymore

#1 Post by silverscreenselect » Tue Dec 23, 2008 1:08 pm

Plaxico Burress is in more trouble, this time in civil court. He's been sued in Florida after an auto accident this spring in which he allegedly rear ended a woman's vehicle with his $140,000 Mercedes. Making matters worse is the fact that, according to Allstate, his insurance had lapsed three days earlier for nonpayment of premiums. Oops.

Burress may set an NFL record for the most utterly stupid things done in one single season.

Given the recent exploits of Chris Henry and Pacman Jones that is quite an accomplishment - might as well shoot for the top Plaxico!!

Pun intended, Tribe? :P

Crap, I'm at work & can't link to the pic right now, but Google "Plaxico's Christmas Story" or "You'll shoot your thigh out, kid!" and see what comes up.

Eh, I can't post the pic itself, but here's a link:

The thread in that link looks a lot like one of ours. :)

And just to add to Plaxico's asshattery, today, police announced that they discovered a weapons cache in his house.

Shoot for the top, Plaxico!

I think there's too much shooting going on. That's the problem.
I believe in the usefulness of useless information.

It took them this long to check?

Now it was in the off-season, but as long as Gene Big Daddy Lipscomb is still dead, Plaxico does not compare. Of all the wasted deaths of athletes, this one stands out.
