Yet another BP

#1 Post by ToLiveIsToFly » Fri Mar 20, 2009 4:43 pm

Wish I remembered where I stole this from:

The King of the Flowers had a daughter. He lavished every expense on her upbringing and education. The leading scientists, writers and artists of the day were hired to be her personal tutors. Every museum exhibit, every opera, every symphony, she was dragged to. But it had no effect on her whatsoever. All she ever did when she had a chance was pollinate with anyone and everyone.

Well, you know what they say.
Spoiler
You can lead a horticulture, but you can't make her think.

Wish I remembered where I stole this from:
I know Dorothy Parker used it.

BP, DP--what's the difference? :P
Knowing a great deal is not the same as being smart; intelligence is not information alone but also judgment, the manner in which information is collected and used.
