Quiet Riot
So Vh1 Classic (see, I do watch television stations other than Vh1! Ha!) is doing a week of OHW shows. Ladies, Rap, etc. I'm watching the Metal hour now and they have already had Twisted Sister, White Lion and Quiet Riot. They weren't OHW! What's up with that?
Anyway, it reminded me. DId they ever find out what caused Kevin Dubrow's death? At the time it was unknown and I don't think I ever saw any update on that.

I couldn't agree with you more on QR and TS not being OHW's (I only know one White Lion song, so I can't comment on them)....
Was he the guy who died way back in the day? I remember Cum on Feel the Noiz was #7 on our radio station's 1983 year end countdown (I was 8 years old and it's the first of many countdowns I remember), adn the deejay happened to mention the Quiet Riot guy dying sometime during the year before he played the song....
I guess it helps we tape recorded it. The best thing my Dad ever got (Besides the VCR in 1987) was the boom box with the tape recorder on it that year. The first song we ever recorded off the radio on it is one that NEVER gets played anymore.....

That was Randy Rhoads. He was a member of QR and also either Ozzy's band or Black Sabbath. He was dead before QR hit it big.
