1. The average foreigner is the perfect example of a "low information voter." All they know about Obama is that he's not Bush, he projects himself well in public, and he talks about hope, change, and rebuilding relationships between their country and the US. What's not to like? Little details like Obama's domestic politics, complete lack of experience and shady background don't enter into that line of thinking.
