This reminds me of my bar hopping days, when I would learn some little factoid, mention it to a lady whose attention I had captured, and she would say "

Which reminds me of when I taught high school physics before I was married and at social occassions I found that whenever I mentioned that I taught HS Physics, they would inevetably say 'I HATED Physics!' and turn away.
