Having used my 50:50 already, I'd be left with ATA and +1; unfortunately neither of those is likely to be of much use, but I'll try ATA and see what the results are. "Ended up in court" is the key, and I would not expect it to be his congressman. Any of the others are plausible.

100K: Only ATA left. Use it but they won't know it. Its a free guess so I would guess Microsoft.. Maybe only because an in-law suit would have made his bios.

This is one where you can really make a case for any of them. In retrospect, it's easy to see he was a Microsoft Exec, but at the time it's just a 1 in 4 gutshot. Really no way into the question at all except to use logic. But at the 100k level, they often try to trick you so even that doesn't get you far...

I remember the story. Buffett sent an email to Jeff Raikes asking about Microsoft's internal information. Raikes replied with details and so Buffett was accused of getting insider information.
