After a rare late-night appearance here and watching the gusgerbils chase, I'm running on empty this morning. I was up late because now that the Advent season is close at hand, our choir is practicing later on Wednesday nights, so I get home later and have to do the transcript. Plus last night one of our friends, for whom we provide a ride home, wanted to talk about some very personal matters, so elwing, she and I sat in our car for almost an hour while she did so.
For a spot of good news - my MP3 player turned up. Someone had turned it in at the fitness center but the person to whom it had been given didn't pass it on to the appropriate person until yesterday afternoon. The fitness center called me, and since I'm going there tonight anyway, I can get it then.
