and 25% of casino floor space

and a few dozen other places

now if we can do something about letting women drive while talking on cell phones..

. . .
Exceptions proved to be bad news for Colorado. Legislators were trying not to bankrupt "cigar bars" with hundreds of thousands of dollars invested in humidors and other fancy-schmancy equipment and ended up with lawsuits because of inconsistent enforcement. The smoking lounge at DIA is also under fire.

We hoped for revised legislation this year, but no dice. In the meantime, local dives all over Colorado are declaring themselves to be cigar bars because the only thing they have to demonstrate is that more than 5% of their revenue comes from tobacco sales, and most of us breathe a sigh of relief when we go into our favorite eateries and don't have to worry about being seated near the smoking-allowed section, or worse, in it if we want to get a table anytime soon.

Good luck to PA, hope it works.
