...dog! The couple with whom BD and SIL are staying have a ten-month-old shepherd/golden retriever mix, who was fine until their baby arrived. They don't feel they're now able to pay enough attention to the dog. Apparently, when BD and SIL left for the day at one point, the dog paced around in front of their room all day until they came back. SIL is a dog person, which showed with ours when he visited.
I need a photo of the dog. The description is that it looks like a German shepherd except for having a retriever's floppy ears. I'm having trouble picturing that.
