7-2/3 perfect baseball before he surrendered a double in the 8th.

Finished with a two-hit shutout.

At least that trade is working out so far!

Karstens nearly perfect

I saw Karstens' last performance in the Yankees organization, in Scranton vs. Rochester Red Wings (Pirates AAA). The trade happened in the middle of the game. Karstens allowed three runs in the first two innings then settled down that night. He also took a long time between pitches.
