Oscars Broadcast Moving to YouTube

The Oscars, which have been broadcast on ABC since 1976, will move to YouTube in 2029. The move includes the nomination announcements, Red Carpet pre-event, and behind-the-scenes interviews. All the YouTube events will be free. ABC will continue to host the event until 2028, which is the 100th anniversary of the Oscars.
