Actor best known for playing Buck Rogers on a 1970s TV series (and, before that, a movie that was a pilot for the show). He left a message for fans that his wife posted on his Facebook page when she announced his death from cancer:
My life has been an amazing journey. The opportunities I’ve had, the people I’ve met and the love I have given and received have made my 82 years on the planet deeply satisfying. ... Don’t waste your time on anything that doesn’t thrill you or bring you love. See you out somewhere in the cosmos.
The movie company that made The Minecraft Movie has been working on a Buck Rogers movie for several months now.
