He is the BB that I miss the most even though he has been gone a very long time. We seemed to fit together in a lot of ways.
Our daughters (born early 2001) within a short time period are the fodder for the old joke (but still good) that they were conceived on the Bored.
Dunadan was sometimes a 3rd member of our trio.
In later years, I am thankful for TMITSSS-even though he is not here much lately. Not sure when he showed up-but I think of him as more post 2010. Maybe he was here earlier but I missed him in the clutter.

Re: I Miss MaceMace
tmitsss dates back to the Go Bored. I think his original handle had an author number that started with a two (don't ask me why I remember that, other than I had a list of such number which helped me do the rankings), thus mid-late 2000 or so. He switched to the familiar tmitsss handle when we moved to the Love Boat in December 2001...

FTR I fell in with this crowd after the Savannah Audition of 2001 (I wore the Seersucker Suit there). The Flying Monkey Halloween Audition was June or July 2009.Spock wrote: ↑Thu Nov 11, 2021 9:04 amHe is the BB that I miss the most even though he has been gone a very long time. Suitguy is not bitter.
feels he represents the many educated and rational onlookers who believe that the hysterical denouncement of lay scepticism is both unwarranted and counter-productive
The problem, then, is that such calls do not address an opposition audience so much as they signal virtue. They talk past those who need convincing. They ignore actual facts and counterargument. And they are irreparably smug.
