Quibi, a streaming service that was designed to be watched on smartphones and similar devices when people only had short amounts of time, has folded six months after its launch. As of now, the service is still operating, but it's expected to cease operations completely in the near future. The service featured a number of original programs whose episodes were ten minutes long or less and charged $5 a month for the service. Among the series on Quibi were a new version of The Fugitive with Kiefer Sutherland in the Tommy Lee Jones/Barry Morse role, a new version of Most Dangerous Game with Liam Hemsworth and Christoph Walz, and Dummy, a comedy with Anna Kendrick as a woman who discovers that her boyfriend has a sex doll. Quibi did not have any streaming platform apps until last week, when a FireTV version came out.
