Warren Beatty, an odd thought
Seriously, I often wonder what Warren Beatty, and others of his ilk, do for money. One presumes that he lives a certain lifestyle.
However, his main working years were decades ago, when his pay would be nowhere comparable to what it would be today.
His filmography does not include a lot of huge moneymakers-are there many royalties coming from Reds today?
I suppose he invested well and didn't blow it on drugs, but still.
This applies, even more so, to older sports figures.

I think I read that he took most of the financial risk for Bonnie and Clyde. He cleaned up then -- it was one of the highest-grossing movies of its year -- and now gets a dollar or whatever Every. Time. It Airs.
I didn't get it, but it is a very big deal in the history of movies.

Not only was I surprised he is at the top, I'm surprised that $46 million puts someone at the top. I figured 2016 was not a blockbuster year for actors. So then I fact checked.

Well color me punked. I did rush this one out last night. Here's another site that lists his net worth at $70 million. A bit of a caution here.
