Patrick White, from High Point, NC, has two articles promoting his appearance on today's show.

White said he's a casual trivia buff and was a fan of "Millionaire" before appearing on the show. He and wife Tonya would play quiz games at local bars or try to answer the questions on "Jeopardy."
But he never thought about appearing on a game show until he was working in Charlotte last summer and got a text message from a friend. It said the show was holding tryouts in the area and that he should give it a shot.
