Texas Tech is supposed to start the season on Saturday against Stephen F Austin in Lubbock. The problem is the field is underwater.
Not metaphorically, but literally.

At least it's synthetic turf, so it won't be muddy when it drains. But it'll still be a mess. And the rest of the town is far worse.
