Interesting group of nominees for host this year. Brooke Burns and Billy Gardell received their first career nominations, despite their respective game shows being canceled recently.
The ceremony will take place on May 1. Notice that I said "take place", not "air". For the second time in three years, the Daytime Emmys will not be televised.
