That's what they call the current low-pressure winter storm condition. Not kidding. Couldn't make this up. Not much snow yet though.

"Bomb" is an actual meteorological term for a very rapidly deepening low pressure system. During my senior year synoptic meteorology course, I got map and chart presentation duty on a day where a bomb was located off the New England coast during the winter of 96/97 and drew an appropriate graphic near the center of the cyclone for comedic purposes...
