Thank you for all the kind words about Maci. It took 2 hours yesterday afternoon, but we got her in better shape -- so she doesn't look like Chewbacka's dog now!
She is such a good girl. The vet said she was in pretty good shape, except for her teeth. Need to get that addressed soon.

I'm so happy for both of you. Maci is going to be a gem, even if she does turn out to have an expensive smile.
Lizbit and BeBe send their best, too. BeBe had to have dental surgery just a few weeks ago, so she is sending extra good thoughts for whatever is needed.

Aww again.
Such a cute doggie (there are those of us who think Chewbacca's cute too).

And even better news is I've found a local foundation to pay for a heartworm test and getting her teeth cleaned -- about a $200 bill I won't have to worry about!!!! PTL!!!

That's wonderful news! Pets fill holes in our hearts we didn't even know were there.

She looks kind of like my Yorkie, Penny.
Penny is ten years old now and is having lots of health issues-you may remember when I got her, she had a breast cancer issue and needed surgery a week after I got her. Now it's congestive heart failure, which is one of the things my Grandpa had. She has to take pills twice a day. I put them in Pupperoni (which she likes) and she takes them. She spends a lot of time sleeping now.
I take her to the vet on Friday for blood tests and X rays to see what's going on in there.
I'm just a game show nerd.

Good luck with their health issues to both Maci and Penny.
