Frank Olivo, dressed as Santa Claus, appeared at halftime at a Philadelphia Eagles game in December 1968. Fans bombarded him with snowballs.

"Those Eagles fans would boo Santy Claus." I heard that on a Pittsburgh sports radio call-in show about a million years ago.

I had no idea they had pelted him with snowballs.
