Randi Rhodes Suspended

Air America host Randi Rhodes, a big Obama supporter, has been indefinitely suspended from her on-air duties after a You Tube video surfaced of her at a recent Obama fund raiser at which she repeatedly referred to Hillary Clinton and Geraldine Ferraro as "f*****g wh*res" and compared Ferraro to "David Duke in drag."

As usually happens in these matters, the comments were made nearly two weeks ago, but it's only after they surfaced on You Tube did the proverbial you know what hit the fan.

Hillary hasn't commented, but Ferraro thinks Rhodes should be fired.

It's a good thing that Randi Rhodes' former boss, Sen. Stabenow's husband, is such an expert on the subject of prostitution. I'm sure she consulted him for some background research before making her comments.

And I needn't add that if a Hillary supporter had referred to Obama and Jesse Jackson using similar racial invectives that we would never hear the end of it with the press.
