Suddenly giving a good employee a poor performance review is a common practice when a company wants to push someone out. They probably teach it in business school now.

I wish age discrimination would get more attention so people will know what is going on when it starts happening to them.

NPR's "reason" for canning Bob Edwards was "he sounds old". That has to take some kind of bakery item.
